For drawings I mainly use AutoCAD, sometimes Rhino. Bases for some projections I get from models - it helps speed up the workflow.
Models
SketchUp, Blender
I create main forms in SketchUp, then finalize and add textures to models in Blender. Also I use Blender for creating environment.
Illustration and animation
SketchUp, Blender, Photoshop, After Effects
I tackle lights and composition in Blender. Then adjust colors and add details in Photoshop. You don't need high-quality renders for more simple pictures, so in those cases I make collages using blank models without any materials.
